TrainingBible is an online coaching service and can be accessed from any location around the world. We currently have coaches in the UK, US and South Africa. The strength of the brand continues to grow and more locations are being added.
This will help to provide an even greater International network of coaches and support staff, to provide services to our client athletes, as the growth of international races and events continues.
In the UK, our coaches are based in the south and west of England and in London and we're adding more coaches all the time. And because we offer an online service, we coach athletes all over the UK and Ireland. From our base in the New Forest Tri Centre, we hold year round training weekends and coaching seminars. We also have the facilities to offer VO2 assessments and a swim analysis in an endless pool.
It's a great location, offering open water swimming in both Ellingham Lake and the Solent, trail running through the forest and a large number of cycle routes, both on and off road. The Tri Centre is situated at the Sandy Balls Holiday Centre, which offers a range of accommodation for athletes and their families.
