Dan has been a keen runner since the age of 12, beginning as a middle distance track and cross country runner at Bournemouth Athletic Club, where he broke the Club Under 13 800m record.
Now a Sport Science student at the University of Exeter, Dan combines his study with training and racing at both 800m and 1500m distances - achieving a new PB at 800m this year, in a time of 1:57. His PB for 1500m is 4:09.
Working with Master Coach Rob Griffiths on a structured training programme, Dan is keen to achieve new PBs at both distances this season.
