Bronze Coaching Plans
This programme can be delivered by all of our coaches and includes one Full training review call per month with your coach. At this level we encourage further communication with your coach through e-mail.

This plan also allows for performance analysis monthly using state of the art coaching technology and resources. As your coach has the ability to review your performance files on a regular basis through TrainingPeaks software. To get the very best support we recommend that you train with technology and as a minimum you will need a downloadable heart rate monitor, so you coach can give you accurate feedback on all your sessions. If you do not have a heart rate monitor please go to our shop for special offers.

We do not charge admin fees or ask you to sign up to contracts
We believe that it should be your results and performance that will determine how long we work together. 30 day notice via e-mail or letter stops this plan.
