Here are some questions you should ask to help with choosing your coach:

• What sport am I training for?
• How much contact and support do I need from my coach? (This will help you determine the package level.)
• What are my key goals?
• At what level would I consider myself? Beginner? Intermediate? Advanced?
• Do I need a coach in my immediate area? Or could I work with a remote coach?
