Nigel has been involved competitively in triathlon for seven year having spent the previous 15 years practicing and teaching martial arts.
He has competed at various distances ranging from sprint to 70.3
As a triathlete he has an intimate understanding of the effect the sport has on the human body. This coupled with a solid understanding of body mechanics allows him to be a great asset to his clients either in the treatment of injuries or from an injury prevention perspective.
He is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage having been trained with the London School of Sports Massage .
Helping athletes get and remain injury free is Nigel's goal. He passionately believes the sports and remedial massage therapy is a key to achieving this making a huge difference to the performance and well being of his clients.
