Ed has completed a 5 year Chiropractic Masters course. This has provided him with extensive knowledge regarding the diagnosis and treatment of many sports and biomechanical injuries within the musculo-skeletal system. In addition, he has a great deal of experience with all aspects of general health and nutrition.

Ed has also completed a Sports Science degree, giving him a thorough understanding of the physiological and psychological requirements for advanced sports performance.

During Ed’s life he has participated and competed in a number of sports, including athletics, cycling and rugby, before rugby took priority for a few years culminating in senior county representation. In 2001 came new challenges, including a shift of sport into triathlon. He has spent his time getting to understand the requirements of this sport and the major changes in lifestyle. He spent an active role at his first tri club in Oxford before heading down to the coast in Bournemouth, spending time training and socializing with athletes from all facets of triathlon from sprint distance through to Ironman. He is now practicing in Milton Keynes
